Welcome to Winterra: War for Stellar ("Winterra", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our game, website, and related services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using Winterra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use Winterra. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

2. Account Registration

4. In-Game Purchases & Stellar Token

Winterra may offer virtual goods, premium features, and a blockchain-based token known as Stellar.

Stellar is used for cosmetic items, boosts, and marketplace transactions
Stellar transactions on the AGA Network are public and permanent
We are not responsible for lost tokens due to user error or wallet misuse
Purchases are generally non-refundable

You are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations arising from the use of Stellar.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Winterra—including graphics, gameplay systems, audio, and lore—is the property of Winterra Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

You retain rights to original content you create (e.g., fan art, gameplay videos), but we may display or use such content with credit as part of our community features.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

Violating these Terms
Violating applicable laws
Disrupting or endangering the integrity of the game environment

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your data, game progress, or tokens.

7. Disclaimers

The game is provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or bug-free gameplay.
You play at your own risk, and we are not liable for gameplay-related data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winterra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services.
